"Why I write...
I began writing as an outlet and an escape, then it quickly became more as I fell in love with it. I write with the hope that one day, people will read my stories and see that their true hope is found in Christ. My desire is for each of my stories to reflect the transformation that occurs when we encounter Jesus and the human struggle of living out our faith amid trial."
Sydney's favorite types of books are ones with lots of history, sweet romance, and suspense, so that is what she writes! She has been a 2023 ACFW First Impressions Finalist and a 2024 Genesis Semi-finalist. When she's not writing, she enjoys curling up with a book and a cup of Earl Grey tea. She also loves to watch old films, play pickleball, and paint.
