Lisa J. Flickinger
"Why I write...
I write to release the characters in my mind onto the page. As a child, I haunted the stacks of our local library. I also wrote short stories and fashioned small books out of cardboard and Mac Tac. It was there, my dream of someday becoming a published author began. It’s an honor and a thrill to write historical romances blending the difficult circumstances in people’s lives with the hope brought through faith in Jesus Christ."
Lisa J. Flickinger, author of several Christian historical novels set in the wild and wonderful 1800s, lives and writes from the cliff of a river along the majestic Rocky Mountains. When not writing or reading, you will find her scouring antique shops for additions to her collection of old ladders, brooms, linens … or sipping a maple latte with friends and family.
